CONSTRUCTION WEB   FULLY SUBSIDISED   Health & Safety Policy Workshop To support you to tender for work in the public sector or to a main contractor

Date: 26th January 2006 Time: 1.30pm-4.30pm   FERN TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT 136 West Green Road, Tottenham, London, N15 5AD. Please note that refreshments and a buffet will be provided.       ATTEND  THE WORKSHOP SESSION AND WALK AWAY WITH THESE ESSENTIAL TOOLS:     Clarity on the nuts and bolts of your policy and what it should cover. An insight into what the procurement teams are looking for in your health and safety documentation. An update on legislation and best practice. Guidance on practical implementation and management of health and safety. A walk through risk assessments. Sources of information to help you maintain your knowledge of health and safety issues.   This is an informal workshop with many opportunities to ask questions on your health and safety concerns and to network with other companies involved in the Construction Web programme.

This workshop will be delivered by consultants who have experience with the procurement process and with the small businesses in the construction industry.
