CONSTRUCTION WEB MANAGER
Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 pa
The future for the construction industry in London looks bright! With the successful
Olympics bid there is demand for new housing and the development of a number of
strategic sites across North London. We want to ensure that local communities,
through Construction Web, have access to the jobs, training and business opportunities
this projected growth will bring. We require a dynamic individual to lead an
expanding team of staff at the forefront of this work.
Your key role is to provide effective leadership and develop initiatives that will take forward the objectives of the Construction Web Board, in particular those focused around local labour agreements in the Upper Lee Valley. You will be able to demonstrate experience of programme management and partnership working in a regeneration, construction and/or employment environment.
With your broad knowledge of the UK Construction Industry, you will possess excellent communication skills that will enable you to raise the profile of Construction Web, motivate partners and maximise the performance of your team.
